It was a great interview experience with well prepared steps:
1. One hour HR discussion for knowing each other and understanding the role. (Yes you can ask
any questions here as HR is a super lady :))
2. Invite to do an assignment, 4 hrs long approximately. With questions related to the QA job.
You can choose the time at which you want to do the assignment, no pressure at all.
You will get the email before 30 min approx of your suggested time describing the task to do.
3. You submit the task and within a week you will get the reply (mine took just 1 day, I guess
maybe I was lucky ;)).
And this is not just a normal rejection / selection e-mail but a very detailed feedback of what
you have done in your assignment. Never seen this detailed feedback in all interviews I have
given.
I was not able to move further as I was not able to clear the task stage, but the feedback was good and I am working on that part.
