FCM Hospitality interview questions

I've been interviewing for various iterations of this position (Director of Marketing and Communications, Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Director, Hospitality Marketing) for almost 4 years. I've been interviewed by a different person with each different job posting and each time I've been ghosted. They keep interviewing me though, so maybe one day they'll get back to me- fingers crossed.
