interview with 3 people. 2 hrs. with a tour The plant is climate controlled, which you never see in factories. To start out its $18 an hr. with room to grow i was told.

It was a two hour interview, 4 different interviewers came in every 30 minutes, back to back. All asked different questions. The fourth interview included a site tour. Overall it was a lot but not extremely difficult.
