first a hr guy comes in and tells you to ask him about compensation and benefits. then the president and 2 other executives come in. after the interview they basically tell you they will stay in touch

Interview
Initial communication was a simple call form receptionist asking if I could come in for an interview.
Interview did take a while. I interviewed with the President of the company and the Controller. I was a bit intimidated after I saw an article where awards were stating the President's name and what he had done for the Puerto Rico mortgage industry, followed by him introducing himself to me. As time went on I could see they were very friendly people and down-to-earth. Some behavioral questions on how I would handle certain situations, and cookie-cutter questions like strengths and weaknesses, what would my current supervisor say about me, etc..
