Overall a bad experience. The lead HR is very poor in communication and attending to candidates queries. I had a first technical round with engineering supervisor and after that they have ghosted. I tried following up with the lead HR, but he won't respond to emails unless it comes from a manager in FEV. Very bad attitude towards candidates from such an experienced hr. After one month I cc'd both manager and HR in same email and then the manager responded that they have proceeded with other candidates and that she asked the hr to inform me about this 3 weeks back. The first technical round was just 30mins, and it was too easy with just basic controls questions. I later came to know that they didn't have sponsorship and probably that was the reason I was ghosted.
