First round was telephoning interview with HR where they ask overview of what are doing? What is R&D process in current company? Salary expectations? And little-bit they tell about FGF. Kathy is really good person and ran me through FGF details, benefits thoroughly. Second round is with VP R&D & HR and there was job fair that day so they did not ask more questions. First question was “Run me through your CV / Quickly let us know your experience and what you do? “. Second question was “ why do you think FGF is good fit for you?”

The first interview for the role was conducted as a phone call, allowing for an initial assessment. This was followed by a more in-depth 30-minute meeting with the Product Development team lead and the hiring manager, where I discussed my qualifications and the expectations for the position in detail.

i applied on line and after 2 month, got the interview request. I did it over the weekend, which is a video interview for about 20 minutes, where you recorded yourself for the questions and submitted to the HR for review. still waiting to heat from them.
