FHI 360 Program Officer interview questions

Applied online. One month between submitting application and getting information about the prescreen. Prescreen was a written questionnaire which was nice and allowed you to provide all the information you want the hiring manager to know. A few days later was notified I'd be moving on to panel interview and a week later was officially offered the position.

I reached out to a recruiter and did an interview but I wasn't qualified. It was a good, professional experience. They let me know and then reached out again with an offer for another position but I had taken another job by then.
