I completed three interview rounds with FIS Global, and everything seemed positive throughout the process. However, after the final round, the HR team stopped all communication—no email, no update, and they even stopped responding to calls. It was disappointing and unprofessional. Candidates invest time and effort into the process, and the least expected is a closure or update. This experience significantly impacted my perception of FIS Global’s hiring process.
