Interview
Short, direct interview. Wanted to know my experience. Subject matter expertise, project and management experience. Size, scope, complexity. Interview was very direct and to the point. Ended up discussing hot topics in the industry.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FIS (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
Multiple interview rounds. Felt I was passed between multiple parties till they found a place for me. Some interviewers were slightly adversarial while others were friendly. Much of the questions felt like testing knowledge.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FIS (New Delhi) in July 2020
Interview
It was a direct interview with a VP that really went positively. However post that there were no feedback shared. Either positive or negative, a good organization must make sure results are conveyed to candidates and they not should not be kept in the dark as to what next!

Interview
Painful. Started off well with the local staff making contact but clearly knew very little about the role itself. Very poor response to follow up emails even after I was given positive feedback on profile. I have no idea how far I progressed due to complete radio silence. It’s apparently a great company to work for if you can get past the useless talent acquisition folks.
