2 - 30 minute phone screens
Phone screens were fairly in-depth and covered a lot of ground, but shallowly.
1 - 1 hour in person interview with non-technical leaders
First panel interview covered leadership and management skills.
1 - 1 hour interview with technical staff
Second panel interview covered technical skills/

Could you describe an instance where you mentored a staff member?
Initial screening was on time and very professional. The questions were more around the experience and how it fits the job role that they have. They also prefer candidates who doesn't need Visa sponsorship.
