The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (New Delhi)
Interview
There were two technical rounds and final HR round. First round was completely based on my past experience. (Taken by project manager)
Second interview was profile oriented and was like and formality for me as feedback from first technical round was so strong that they haven't asked that much in second round. (Taken by onsight customer)
Later on third round to discuss about salary and all got selected.
I really enjoyed the process and happy to join FIS :)
Was straight forward and informal with their engineer team. Met with the recruiter multiple times online during the two interviews. Highly suggest working for this team be cause theyre great
I applied online. I interviewed at FIS (Miami, FL) in Dec 2022
Interview
The sys admin interview was incredibly challenging, with deep-dive questions on troubleshooting complex network issues, scripting under pressure, and managing multi-cloud environments that tested my limits. What made it stand out was how these scenarios mirrored the real-world chaos of handling unexpected outages and optimizing resource allocation on a daily basis. Despite the intensity, I appreciated the honesty in reflecting the fast-paced, problem-solving nature of the job rather than superficial queries. Overall, it was a tough but fair process that prepared me well for the role's demands.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at FIS (Bengaluru)
Interview
The first round would be telephonic, and the second round would be F2F.
The final round would be a managerial round which would be a non-technical round.
If you can complete all the rounds. The offer will be released.
