Good process. If you are friend of some manager. You will get selected. Other your talent is total waste. Worth applying. Will not suggest to go through in this company. They hire your and next quarter they fire you.

Interview
The interview process consist of 3 rounds. The first round is with recruiters. The second round i technical interview with Dev/Product people, The third round is test and technical interview with the same group of people.
