you go, fill out an application which has a script attached. You turn in your application,call and read the script to the number they gave you and wait for a call. They call you, set up an interview and ask you a set of questions. Then they have you read another script to them live in the interview. Once the interview is done they tell you when your training starts and then you get your schedule.
