It was easy and painless. Had to do two interviews before making the cut. I would recommend interview. One phone screen and then in person with panel. Questions were not hard and could be answered with some studying.
The interview process made it feel like the job description on the listing was irrelevant. The listing said that I did not need experience as long as I had a a bachelors degree, but in the interview I sounded like I was rejected for lack of experience.
The interviewer did not provide clear instructions on where to meet but was late when I finally found someone to open the outer, locked doors. The interviewer was kind and seemingly intelligent and experienced, but when it came time to talk about the position, he tried to pull a switch-a-roo and offered me a position at the Fremont location, not Livermore (where the job posting was for).
