Interview
Had three different 1 on 1 interviews with different people. Had a personality test. The interviewers seemed much more interested in your personality and whether you fit the position than technical skills. They tend to put a lot of money into training you and since being an inspector, essentially, is not for everyone, they really want to make sure they get a return on their investment. Although did have "technical interview" section, it really just consisted of fairly general questions to see how you think. Did not have to work any problems or anything like that. They were very considerate. Took you to lunch afterwards in a very non formal setting. The person you went to lunch with was basically so that you could see how the company is without all the nervousness of a formal interview and what not. Best advice would be to know how you want to answer general personality questions and make aware that your personality would fit the position well.
The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Interview
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.

Interview
It is a long process, due to having five rounds of interviews. You are expected to present a 5 to 10 minute presentation about a safety hazard in the workplace.
