I applied through university. I interviewed at FM (Woodland Hills, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Applied through school handshake portal. Got a first interview done at school that was around 45 minutes long with behavioral questions only. Had to bring a one page written response to why you would be a good fit for the role. Next was invited to the company site interview. First task was to write a written response to a engineering experimental video describing what you thought was important. I guess the goal was the to be concise and extract the details of the situation. Next a series of 4 - 5 managers would interview you for about 20-30 minutes each on your resume. If you passed this point then you would give a presentation on anything you want (prepared in advance). Then lunch with one of the managers and finally an interview with your boss's boss.
