I applied online. I interviewed at FMAV (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
The process starts with a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The questions weren't too hard but should be taken seriously. I was nervous but everyone I talked to at the company made me feel immediately comfortable. They kept me fed and I didn't feel out of place for a second. The interview itself was great, my interviewer was easy to get along with and I could tell she had really read my resume and showed interest in me.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by their internal recruiter. She scheduled me for an interview with my potential direct supervisor. The interview was about an hour and was fairly casual, explaining the position and asking about previous experience. It did become apparent that the position was more about Salesforce administration/data entry than marketing. I was told there would be a second interview with tour of the facility if selected. Overall it was a good experience. I would also like to say that Priya was absolutely lovely to deal with and always kept me in the loop (even when there was a week long delay in scheduling my interview). I always appreciate when recruiters let you know you didn't get the job.

Interview
I wanted to write this note because I spoke to someone at FMAV who really made an impact on me and stood out as a professional. I tried to find out who her manager is so I can tell them but was not able to so I am posting here. Priya is a great recruiter. She put me at ease and answered all my questions graciously and in detail. You can tell she loves her company and is proud to be there. She is funny positive compassionate and knowledgebale. I didn't get the position but she took the time to talk to me about it and about what I want to do. She made me feel like I was important and that even if I didn't get the position she still wanted me to be successful and find something right for me.
