Job fair- introduction and explanation of job over resume.
Call back-standard follow up questions request to tour plan and head into interview with dept heads. Who each ask some questions. Nothing over the top was treated warmly and with respect as this would be my first career in manufacturing/AG field.

What is a situation where you would feel, less likely to do good work, is there something that wouldn’t me you less efficient or care less about the worm you were doing?
