FMG (New Zealand) interview questions

Started off with an online coding test, with relatively simple coding problems to be answered in any language. They let me know that they preferred Java, which was what the job would be in. Then, it was an in person interview. Simple competency based questions, with an interesting thing at the end where they showed you some code from their project. The aim was to see me in action and how I reacted to real code.

STAR process. One panel of 3 interview, 2 hours long. This was followed by an interview with the Manager followed by a final interview with the GM of HR. A 2 hour online psychometric test was also required prior to the interview.
