Two rounds, first analytical and english test from home, second round was the whole day interviewing at the comoany offices, where we met with several people and managers, but at the end the salary offer was poor

Interview
Initially, there is an online assessment to evaluate your quantitative skills. Once you successfully complete that round, you will proceed to a personal interview with the managers. During this interview, they will ask behavioural questions, test your knowledge of basic finance and investment, and inquire about advanced Excel formulas. Additionally, you can expect questions related to the contents of your CV.

Check for common behavioural questions; those questions are asked. Read a bit on the basics of Investment, Finance and Excel.
You should have a good knowledge of the company itself, what it does, who its competitors are, what services it provides, etc.
Got the interview through a recruiter. Took about a week to get the interview confirmed. Quick interview, about 15 mins. Interviewed by 2 people. Seemed pretty standard. Asked behavioural questions and some general questions.
