Found the opportunity on Career Edge. I sent regular resume and cover letter to them. Received an email requesting an interview about 2 weeks after the application was submitted. The interview was in the morning, I was interviewed by 2 people. A guy was mainly in charge of the interview, the girl asked a few simple questions.

There was not really a difficult question. But I did remember the girl asked me if I prefer to work in a team or work by myself. I answered I like to work alone better (just being honest). Then she shown a little disappointment and then mentioned that they actually need someone who is a team-worker.
