The first interview was over the phone with an HR recruiter. Shortly after, the job was put on hold. Several weeks later it opened up again and had a 2nd interview via Zoom with the VP. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person. The interview was very relaxed and went well. Had a feeling that they already had their finalists and that this was a courtesy interview.
