The interview process I had was very relaxed and semi-informal. We met at an outdoor location and discussed my resume and what I can bring to the table. I was honored to be offered the position on the spot and completed the new online background and drug screen right then and there.

While my experience matched exactly, all I got from them was a “dear John letter” , it looks like they had a candidate already selected, but need the cover of a public offering, wasting my time and others going to the trouble of applying
