Third round was scheduled for 1 hour but ran over 90 minutes because the interviewers couldn't get through all their questions — I was asked 25+ questions in total. My experience also differed noticeably from other reviews here. HR sent me preparation materials ahead of the interview, which I assumed would be central to the discussion. However, the interviewers seemed unaware of those materials — only 2 out of 25+ questions were actually related to them. When I asked about next steps at the end, the information I got was contradictory — HR had told me there was 1 round remaining, but the interviewer said there could still be multiple. It seems like the team doesn't have a clear or consistent picture of their own hiring process. Overall, the process felt exhausting, poorly coordinated, and with no clear end in sight.
