Applied Online on a well know jobs website. The HR person sent out a group email with all of the applicants emails visible. She asked a number of basic questions which had already been answered in the online form as well as salary expectations. I give the HR executive 1/10 for this waste of time and leaking candidate contact details.

The process was drawn out over 2-3 interviews and took a while to get back to me, and the interviews themselves were uncomfortable, the interviewer was nice but didnt seem like they wanted to be there
