Interview
The hiring sequence includes initial CV screening, form screening, and then HR screening. This is followed by a personality assessment and reference check, the user interview, and potentially an assignment or technical interview. The entire process culminates with the final job offer.

Interview
They wanted me to record myself while putting answers into a google spreadsheet which had to be done within 2 hours. So it was an assessment. Some tasks were doable as they referred to hard skills (calculating KPI), others seemed arbitrary or at least seemed like you were providing them with some nice templates or ideas regardless of whether you are landing the job or not (such as "Outline 10 tips to our influencers which can help them achieve maximum success from their postings."). When I didn't get an offer at the end and asked for feedback which would have been normal and appropriate after having a candidate spend hours on an assessment, they simply stopped replying. Tells you all there is to know about the company culture and respect towards employees.
