Interview
In order:
1. Written Test
2. First round Coding + Technical Interview
3. Second Round Coding + Technical Interview with the Architect
4. Third Round Personal Interview with the CTO
5. HR Round
Written test had basic programming questions dealing with the understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript. Most were question any serious frontend developer would at least be familiar with.
First round Code+Tech , dealt with getting to know my past projects, and technical challenges I faced, and how I solved them, General understanding about frontend tools and architectures that are commonly used. Also had to write some sample code for a problem statement.
Second round Code + Tech, involved a harder problem ( doable in around an hour or so ?) Followed by an interview with the architect to discuss what choices I made while programming the task, why I did what I did etc.
Third round interview involved getting to know my aspirations and my future goals. This later evolved into a heavy duty discussion about the architecture used by the company, the vision of the company etc.
HR round to discuss compensation etc.
Notes: The interview process completes in one single day, so it is bound to be long and tiring ( I didn't know ). Either be mentally prepared with it or discuss with the HR for scheduling things in a mutually agreeable way.

I was asked to create a program that can Dynamically render component trees using a provided JSON structure of the app, and the corresponding data.

Worst interview experience.
All the questions were easy like currying, closures, react lifecycle, redux lifecycle.
But the interviewer was the worst. He started arguing on every answer I gave. In order to shut him up I even game him the working code of most of the questions but he still wasn't satisfied.
He also asked me why functional components are more preferred. I gave him multiple answer but it looked like he himself love's to work on class components because in the end he started proving me why class components are good.

Interview
The team was not sure as to how many rounds would be conducted. First, there was a written test. Then there was another round with a senior developer, who was a very genuine guy. Gave almost all the answers. Then there was a task round ( 2hrs ), completed it in that time frame. Then another round with a senior dev who was all arrogant and not willing to listen to the answers. Had a very negative experience with him. After that round, I was pretty sure not to join the company, as it was clear that even if I got the offer, I would be joining a team with an arrogant manager. Hence after that, I did not continue forward with the interview process.
