Phone interview followed by in-person. The process only consists of two steps, and then the final offer is released. It's pretty straight and easy. I liked it since it does not have a lot of layers.

concepts of lean, time study, vsm, inventory management etc. and discussion of past experience of these tools in first technical round. Then, with director discussion of few concepts, case studies and experience. Rest all negotiations with HR and Director.
