Interview
The first round commences with an assignment that must be submitted within two days. The project will be analysed by AI for code, testing and quality.
The second round involves a Lead Consultant who will request your approach on the assignment you submitted in the first round.
The third round is with a Technical Recruiter who will provide information about the company and assess your confidence.
The fourth round is a technical round with two technical experts.
The fifth round is an HR round to determine your remuneration and background.
The sixth round is with the top management who will ask about your ambition and vision.

Interview
The recruiter initially contacted me and although I responded approximately two weeks later, they remained engaged and provided thorough details about the role and its benefits, which aligned well with my preferences.
The first round involved a technical exercise that I found enjoyable. It tested my knowledge of the tools and technologies relevant to the role. Despite having no set deadline, I completed the exercise within 2-3 days, working on it after my regular work hours due to my current employment.
The second round consisted of a technical interview with a Practice Lead and Senior Consultant. The questions focused on my experience and its alignment with their needs. We also discussed my solution to the technical exercise which was a valuable learning experience.
The third round was a casual chat with Lead Engineers, during which we discussed the team structure and the clients I would be working with. This conversation helped me understand better what is required to succeed in the role.
In the fourth round, I met with C-level leadership. This meeting centered around learning more about the company. I enjoyed our discussion as they made me feel welcome and valued. It was evident that they were genuinely interested in me both professionally and personally.
Overall, I was highly satisfied with how the interview process was conducted. Each round provided me with valuable insights into the role and the company culture, and I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience.
