The interview was in two stages, HR + tech The big problem with the interview and the offer was that the food vouchers were included in the salary. this was NOT easy to understand, nor logical. Base pay is too low for the industry standards and the offer received was much lower than asked for, justifying the offer as adding me in a specific band. a small company should not have three bands per seniority, it does not make sense to have it scaled up without company maturity. the technical interview was too short in my opinion(especially for three bands per seniority).
