Facelogic interview questions

The interview process was conducted outside of Facelogic on a bench. The owner described the processes of the spa, such as the facial types, waxing, etc.. She talked about what she was looking for in an Esthetician. She was open to continual training and workshops to expand the knowledge of her Estheticians. The owner talked about how the Estheticians were paid. Facelogic is a commission based spa, with quotas on facial upgrades and retail sales. Overall, the owner was very open and friendly during the interview process.
