After an initial screening call, there was only 1 day of interviews. It was conducted from the office. There were 3 separate interviews back-to-back, each 45 minutes long. The initial interview was with a Principal Talent Partner at Facet whose interview questions revolved around recruiting, account management, and teamwork. The next interview was with co-founder Blake Gibbons whose interview questions revolved around my resume and background. The last interview was with CEO Robert Sweeney, who focused questions on previous job duties, proposed job duties at Facet, and workplace culture. I was notified the following day about results.
