Very Unprofessional Interview Process I had a bad interview experience at Facile Technolabes, Ahmedabad. The HR round focused mainly on English communication rather than technical knowledge. In the second round, the team lead asked cross-questions in a mocking tone and laughed when I couldn’t answer. This behavior was demotivating and highly unprofessional. The interview environment felt negative, and I would not recommend this company to job seekers.
