One nice thing FMX does it they outline the whole interview process in the job description. I wish this was an industry standard. First stage is a phone screen with one of their recruiters. Second stage was a career deep dive with the development manager and department director. Final stage is a technical interview with the team. Everyone is super polite, professional, and down to earth. Basically everything you want in someone interviewing you. All interviews are remote and well setup. Having an IDE and GIT installed was the only requirements which of course wasn't much of a problem. I highly recommend interviewing with Facilities Management eXpress.
