Faconnable interview questions

One on one interview with the Ecommerce director after having passed one interview (phone and in person) with a junior HR coordinator. During the interview, background check and industry related questions were asked, especially in the luxury industry.

The process was typical for this type of position. It took about 20-30 minutes. The scheduling was very accommodating. The interviewer shared information about the company. The interviewer made the one-to-one setting very comfortable.
