Interview
Got the first interview through my college's career center, and was interviewed on campus. The interview was very basic and consisted solely of going through my resume.
Got asked back to interview at their office a few weeks later. The 9am interview consisted of meeting with 4 different senior employees and again pretty much going through my resume (and offered lots of time for me to ask questions). Then we sat on the phone with other consultants to see what exactly the job was. Afterwards a few consultants took my group of interviewees out to lunch.

Straightforward. You begin with a telephone interview, followed by a group interview with you work on a group project and share a talent/skill you possess. If successful, you will then go through several rounds of interview with hiring manager and other senior stakeholders.

Interview
There was an initial virtual interview with HR and then an interview the the manager from the US. HR lady was friendly and was fast to respond to emails. The manager didn’t seem experienced in interviewing, he said so himself and went for someone that didn’t require onboarding training. He said he doesn’t expect knowledge on equity when being quizzed on it but yet the reason for not getting the role was lack of knowledge on it. Was not pleased with this misleading behaviour. The decision felt rushed as they only gave a reply once I emailed so felt like they already had the candidate chosen.
