A personable and comfortable conversation with the CEO. He was very nice and made sure i was comfortable. treated me as a friend. felt more like a conversation talking shop than a formal interview. I wish more interviews were like this.

Interview
Went in one for one interview and was offered the job the next day after references were checked. Signed papers and started the following week. Process was too fast if anything, made them seem unprofessional as most places have at least two interviews (have been on as many as 4) and more involvement from HR.

Interview
I applied online through my career adviser for a content development position. I had one phone interview then was asked to email a few writing samples. After about a week I found out I got an in-person interview. About a week after the interview I got a call that I got the position.
