Spoke with HR, then with the head of office operations who is the CEO/Owner's wife, then with who was the manager of my department, and ended with the speaking with the CEO. It was a fairly straight forward interview and very relaxed. I was responded to quickly because I had 2 other offers on the table and needed to hear back before I accepted another.
