Hiring process is very thorough. I had three hour long phone interviews before being invited in person. They want talent and seem to take the proper precautions to make sure they are getting it. Atmosphere and staff is very professional. My first impression about the staff was that everyone is very passionate about their role in the company. That's when I knew I wanted to be a part of the team!
