Interview was straightforward. Interviewer asked pretty standard questions for the role, and was open to any questions I had after. The questions were related to the role and the types of scenarios one would encounter.

My interview experience with Faire has been the best, hands down. It is a lengthy process, but totally worth it. You will first complete a phone interview/screening with a recruiter. Then you will receive a mock email assignment to help them get an idea of how you would handle certain customer scenarios. You would then move on to your actual interview(s). The first round is a peer interview, followed by two team leads, and then a follow up with your recruiter. If you make it through that, you will then have another interview with an executive. This will complete your interview process. I had the pleasure of working with recruiter Gabriella, and she made the entire process so much better. She kept in contact with me and always got back to me with answers whenever I had questions for her. She is kind, patient, and overall great at her job. Everyone I had the pleasure of interviewing with spoke so highly of the company, and were so upbeat, relatable, and friendly. I originally applied for this job just to apply, and had no expectations of getting hired or wanting to be hired. I was passively looking. However, that quickly changed once I started this interview process. I realized that this would be such a great opportunity, and that it genuinely is as great as that 4.8 star review you see on this site. I’m so excited to be a part of Faire.

2 phone screening - very quick and insightful (mostly educating you about your role, the company and team members)
A written assessment - Writing an email to a Retailer and Brand
4 - 15 minutes interview with different team members in the Customer Experience Team and a Senior Engineer
