Interview
The most enjoyable interview process I have had! Overall, it took about 2 weeks from the day I was contacted to the day I got the offer. The process involved several stages (recruiter call, call with a manager, 3 back-to-back interviews and another 15 minute interview), as well as a home assessment. Feedback was provided super quickly. During all interviews, it really came through how passionate everyone is about Faire and its mission, which I loved! The onboarding was very organised and everyone was super welcoming and helpful, which made my start at Faire a great experience! Whilst it is a lot of new programmes etc, everyone offers their help or is available for questions!

7 Different steps + Role play. Pointless exercises, and management doing interviews are without management experience. I believe the interview process is too long and pointless for the role itself.
