Depending on how bad they are in need of people, they will hire just about anyone, just so they can fill the position. The interview process is fast the manager will speak about the practice the entire time, may ask one or two questions, and then give you a tour of office and depending if she liked you or not will give you a call. Sometimes its all about who refers you because you can be the worst employee for the position, but if someone that the manager likes or trust referrs you to her she will hire you no matter what qualifications you have.
