Applied through fairhurst early careers page & team and was invited for interview 45min - 60min Interview with partner, casual talk through experience & aspirations. Received great insight about the Fairhurst graduate programme.

Casual & friendly in-person interview, more of a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had taken the time to thoroughly review my CV and asked more individual questions, rather than standard interview questions. Interview was set up by an external recruiter.
