Initial interview was with the clinic administrator. Second interview (a few weeks later) was with the team. The initial interview described a few different positions that were open and involved typical interview questions. I was brought in for the second interview for a specific position and introduced to the entire team. They told me about how the team worked and what they were expecting and what some of the challenges were.
