First was a phone call with HR, basically just a screening interview taking only about 15 minutes.
Next, was the interview with a manager which was about 30-45 minutes long.

Average, panel interview, acceptable and very profesional, also inyerviewed by Head nurse and HR, then given an offer and accepted it, explained everything, benefits and maybe it take about 20-30minutes

Applied for the job, got an email the following day about scheduling an initial interview with HR. After a 30 min phone interview with HR, scheduled an interview with the manager. Interview with the manager was a 30min teams call.
