The interview process is very comfortable. TypPCC and Westcoast Baptist. They will give general interview which is more of an airport test interview to see if you are likable and fit the culture. Next they will have an interview with both principles and they want to know your experience and your fit for being a good role model to the students. They care about your experience (student teaching, grades.....but also about your character).
