It was smooth but they didnt tell the candidates that they will do an assessment test that last 90 min and if you qualify then they will explain you about the job. Definetely, they should be honest with the people about the process and do not take their time for granted.

Had phone interview with HR who was friendly and helpful to outline job description. A week or so later I was invited to come to the office and have an in person meeting with HR and then on the same day with the VP of sales who had been there for 20+ years. She is a pro and hard to read. They had some other conferences coming up so my next meeting with the CEO was about 2 weeks later. The CEO is a dynamic guy and interested to move the company forward.
