1st question from recruiter what is your salary requirement? I said market rate , depends on works and hours , recruiter said oh I need rate and that will be your salary, I said market rate, recruiter said please read the job description and I will call you back and I said are you the hiring technical manager? they were paying help desk pay rate for an IT Manager job.

Interview
There were 4 total calls in the process. The first call was a short phone screen with a recruiter. The second was a video interview with the CEO. The third was a video interview with an HR representative. The fourth was a video interview with the General Manager who would be the direct supervisor for my position.

Interview
I was invited to the office by the President/co-owner of the company after working for him in a previous position and discussing the opening at Family Tree. I spent about 2 hours in the office meeting with and being interviewed by various people in leadership, the immediate supervisor for the position, the office manager and the CEO/co-owner. Following the in person interview there was phone interview with a person in a position that no longer exists.
