Online interview. Hiring manager was extremely warm and welcoming. It is a company that is growing with the times and attracts a younger population as its workforce. A very good experience.
People were nice, but communication was poor. Spoke to someone for a screening call, and they never followed up, so I assumed I was rejected. And then, over a month later, I got an email to meet with the hiring manager. They were very nice, but their description of the job was very different from the online job description, so it felt a bit like a bait and switch.

What's an example of a mistake you made, the impact it had, and how did you handle it?
3 rounds with take home assignment. Virtual round, take home assignment with presentation, final round with live case. Come prepared to talk about the different products the company has to offer.
