Initially I filled out an assessment test and my first interview was with the head of the analytics department and they asked simple questions like my resume/job experience, why I was interested in the job, and questions about past projects. I then had a call from the HR department that consisted of similar questions, and my next steps are calls with the Director of Analytics, Director of Marketing, and Director of sales, all departments I would be working with.
